Authentic home-made sourdough bread made with 100% unbleached, unenriched wheat all-purpose flour. A "white" bread.
The fact that the bread is a true sourdough aids in the digestibility of this bread.
It takes a couple of days to make sourdough bread, so you'll need to call for availability. I keep only a small amount in the freezer at a time, to ensure that it is as fresh as possible.
